Horizontal D Rail Horizontal D Rail is a great way to increase the height of a wall to give greater privacy. It comes in individual lengths and is installed on site by anchor bolting timber batons to the wall and then fixing on the horizontal lathes. All the timber is Pressure Treated. As a general rule the height can go to half the height of the wall. ie: a wall of 1m in height can be increased to 1.5.
